Eve Gaal
author : Eve GaalEve Gaal was born in Boston Massachusetts. She credits legions of angels for transporting her out of the snow, bringing her entire family safely to sunny California. Before beginning a busy newspaper career, her poetry had been published in the school yearbook--the Helios and also The Excalibur, The Titan, The Sun News, Sunrises-A forum for new writers and an American Poetry Anthology. Recent poems can be found in The Goose River Anthology, My Funny Valentine-An Anthology, PnP Author Anthologies, In the Trenches and Rusty Nail Magazine among others. Her first entry into writing was for the Berry Vine, an employee newsletter at Knott’s Berry Farm where she answered correspondence and updated history files. Her B.A is in English Literature from Cal State Fullerton and her M.A is in Human Behavior from National University. A onetime restaurant columnist for DateBook, published by the Daily Pilot in Newport Beach, she spent over 20 years in advertising at various newspapers, including The Los Angeles Times and The North County Times.
